electrical box with ears adjust to 1 8 thick wall Sometimes you have to put a receptacle in a cabinet with a 3/4" back panel on top of a 1" wall (plaster and wood lath) and the normal old work . Can anyone tell me what good all the boxes are? Besides hiding, what can be accomplished by using the wet box and the other boxes?
